Red Lobster Begins Final Preps to Open

The long awaited restaurant has "apply online" signs, showing it's in the final weeks before opening.

Red Lobster’s new Palm Desert restaurant will be open by the end of June.

According to Red Lobster spokesperson Erica Jaeger, no firm date has been announced, but the company is still targeting an opening in about six weeks.

The long awaited restaurant at the corner of Fred Waring and Highway 111 has had the construction fences removed.   The front of the building and the side facing 111 both now have “apply online” banners on them.
