Exercise for Adults and Kids; It's as Important as Eating and Sleeping!

Regular exercise can improve your self-esteem and reduce the effects of stress. Exercise lowers the risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity for youth and adults. Physical fitness has a favorable impact on lowering blood pressure and reducing cholesterol levels in adults.  For both adults and children activity can help insomnia and control weight while increasing the strength and efficiency of the heart and lungs.  

Actviities for adults and children include walking, biking, hiking, skating, swimming, weight lifting and yoga.  

Little Yogis classes offered at the Yoga Center Palm Desert, 73-875 Highway 111.   Tuesdays from 4-5.
