Desperado, Premier Eagles Tribute Band, to Feature at 6th Annual Desert Woman's Show

The 6th Annual Desert Woman's Show is scheduled Sunday Nov. 18 and Monday Nov. 18 at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, and Desperado, billed as "the Premier Eagles Tribute Band," are scheduled to perform.

"The concert takes place Sunday, November 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the casino's entertainment auditorium, THE SHOW, with tickets starting at $35," organizers said in a statement.

Other entertainment for the two-day expo includes Hot Purple Energy's live music, glamorous fashion shows, and Taste of the Valley: "bringing together in one spot, 14 popular local restaurants offering tasty food and wine samplings including Tommy Bahama's, The Steakhouse, and Castelli's," organizers said.

The Desert Woman's Show is billed as "one of the largest expos in Riverside County drawing over 3,000 attendees, featuring engaging seminars on a wealth of hot topics that instill knowledge, confidence and energy while offering stress relief, health and beauty tips, financial advice."

At noon Monday Nov. 18, Suzanne Somers is the scheduled keynote luncheon speaker on beauty, fitness and health. Luncheon tickets are $50 and proceeds benefit Women Leaders Forum, a registered charity, organizers said.

Sponsors of Desert Woman's Expo include Desert Regional Medical Center, Agua Caliente Casino Resort, Cord Media, Rabobank, Hot Purple Energy, Clark's Nutrition, Time Warner Cable, City of Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs Life, Desert Radio Group, City of Palm Springs Office of Sustainability, and Hacienda Del Mar.
