New moms Sor and Breea Dansereau welcomed the birth of their baby boy on not only a unique date—but at a unique time.
Baby Damion was born on Dec. 12, 2012 at exactly 12:12 p.m., according to hospital officials at Banning's San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital.
"Everything has to do with the number 12," said mother Breea Dansereau. "We were very excited. Brenda (Heckenlaible, RN) was the best nurse ever, and was just amazing. She was very reassuring– it was a really great experience."
The time of birth of Damion Angelo Dansereau—who weighed in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 21 inches long—was confirmed by Kari Spoelstra, RN and Perinatal Educator.
Mother Sor Dansereau, of Beaumont, gave birth to Damion and was all smiles with her new bundle of joy, as seen in the photo above.
Only one other baby was born at the Banning hospital on Dec. 12.
