Another batch of West Nile infected mosquitoes has tested positive in the Coachella Valley - the latest, in Rancho Mirage.
The Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District has a map of all local sites that have tested positive. Most sites are along the north shore of the Salton Sea, with some positive test sites found in mid-valley.
This comes after County Health official said last week that two desert resident had come down with West Nile Virus, one in Mecca, another in Rancho Mirage.
