Singer-songwriter Alejandro Escovedo is scheduled to perform at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown next week, an event rep said in an announcement.
The show is scheduled at 8 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 5. Tickets are $20.
Escovedo, 62, is a Mexican-American musician who began performing first-wave punk in San Francisco in the 1970s. Through the '80s and '90s and into the 21st century he's known for contributions in alt-rock, alt-country, punk, cowpunk, heartland rock and Chicano rock.
