The City of Palm Desert proudly celebrates the start of its 2011 Concerts in the Park series on Thursday, June 2, at 7:30 p.m. with a free performance by Steely Dan tribute band Pretzel Logic at the Civic Center Park Amphitheater.
Enjoy free music under the stars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays in June (with the exception of June 30) at the Civic Center Amphitheater. The Concerts in the Park series will conclude with a bang again this year with the City’s annual Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 4.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs. Beverages and snacks will also be available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited.
The free Concerts in the Park series offers a variety of talented musical acts designed to please music lovers of all age and tastes. This year’s artists include:
