A tradition returns to El Paseo this weekend - the start of the new season of free, docent-guided art tours.
The season starts on a big note, with an up-clsoe and informational look at the scuptures of the 2011/2012 El Paseo Invitational Exhibition. This will be the only Saturday tour offered for this exhibition.
Those interested should meet the tour guide Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the northwest corner of El Paseo and Portola Avenue.
City of Palm Desert Spokesman David Hermann says that those attending should "wear comfortable shoes, and come prepared to enjoy and learn."
