The National Weather Service has cancelled Flash Flood Watches across Southern California, as the expected storms over the inland mountains failed to develop.
National Weather Service forecasters had forecast afternoon heating, and possible thunderstorms for an area stretching from the Inland Empire to northern San Diego County.
