Top Designer Clothing on Sale for Cancer Fundraiser

American Cancer Society's "Only the Best" features top name designer and fashion clothing

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The American Cancer Society’s Discovery Shop is having it's semi-annual “Only the Best” event on October 26, 27, and 29. The shop is located at 42-446 Bob Hope Dr. in Rancho Mirage.

During “Only the Best”, shoppers will see the shop’s finest collection of designer and fashion clothing that’s been collected over months just for this event. Bargain hunters will find a huge number of St. John’s, Valentino, Alan Austin, Escada, and other sought-after brands.

The Discovery Shop is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Shoppers will fight cancer while saving big on a wide variety of donated, gently used clothing, jewelry, artwork, collectibles, furniture and other household items.  Special sales are taking place in other American Cancer Society Discovery Shops throughout the state.

Proceeds from the sale of all merchandise at the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop are directed toward cancer research, education, advocacy and patient services.

“Each dollar spent brings the American Cancer Society that much closer to additional advances in the fight against this dreaded disease,” said Discovery Shop manager Mark Gillispie.

You';re welcome, Renee but I don't really expect thanks for my contributions to the classroom. IRead More wasn't going to stand by and see kids not have the basic things they needed to get through the class and most teachers are of the same mind :) Sadly, school budgets have never covered all the needs in classrooms.

Strictest gun control in the nation and highest gun crime and murder rate. Criminals do not comply with the law. Only legal citizens will lose their rights to own the weapon of their choice. Liberals are all about choice when it comes to killing an unborn, but when it comes to a lawful gunowner's choice it's a different story altogether.
