3rd Corner Wine Shop Hosting Innovative Wine Maker Dinner Featuring "2nd Labels" from Noted Vintners

 The 3rd Corner Wine Shop and Bistro, located in the former Palomino Restaurant site at 73-101 Highway 111, is hosting an unusual Wine Maker Dinner, showcasing “2nd Labels” from noted vintners. The evening begins at 7:00pm and the cost is $60 plus tax & gratuity. Reservations are required. Please call 760-837-9600.

Included are “2nd labels” from; Leviathan, Chasseur, XTANT, and Kobalt. The evening includes a four course dinner all paired with excellent “2nd labels.” Dinner begins with a Suckling Pig Terrine/ spiced lemon mustard, peach and radish salad complimented by a 2008 Cazar by Chassuer, Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast.  This is followed by American Wagyu Beef Brisket/ parsnip puree, spinach and sour cherry demi paired with a 2009 Favia by Andy Erikson, Leviathan, California. The third course is Bison Short Rib/ caramelized onion, potato puree, brussell sprout and smoked king trumpet mushroom chips paired with a 2006 Xtant by Jeffery O'Neil, Petit Batard, Napa Valley.  Dinner ends with a Macaroon and coffee.
