Free Valley Cab Rides Available On Thanksgiving
Don't drive home drunk on Thanksgiving, a local cab company says.
American Cab will offer free cab rides to residents Coachella Valley who have drunk too much on Thanksgiving to get behind the wheel.
“This holiday is about being thankful for the health and safety of loved ones,” said Harry Inc.’s general manager of Palm Springs-based American Cab. “Our ‘Designated Driver’ program is really synergistic with that.”
Free cab rides can be ordered within Coachella Valley cities only by calling dispatch at (760) 322-4444 between 7 p.m. and midnight on Thursdaay Nov. 24, and requesting a ‘Designated Driver’ ride home.
