JOBS FAIR: Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs Reps Ask Hundreds of Applicants to Return Wednesday

Recruiters and reps for Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs have asked hundreds of job applicants who turned out for a job fair Friday to return for a second event on Wednesday.

Their announcement was headlined: "Due to Overwhelming Demand Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs Schedules Second Job Fair."

The second event is scheduled 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 28 at Palm Springs Convention Center. Applicants who attend are urged to print applications from the HRHPalmSprings.com website.

An estimated 4,000 – 5,000 people attended the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs Job Fair today at the Palm Springs Convention Center, prompting the resort to schedule a second job fair for the same location next week.

"We want to thank all the good souls who waited so patiently in line," said Hector Moreno, Vice President and General Manager for the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. "We are blown away by the response, the commitment of the folks who waited and the caliber of these applicants."

As many as 1,500 potential applicants were asked to return next week, as management prepared to stay on site until at least 7:00pm this evening to process applications and interview candidates. The job fair officially closed today at 3:00pm.

Nearly 100 full and part-time jobs are available. Among the qualifications—a positive attitude and a passion for guest service. Applicants who plan on attending the August 28th job fair are asked to fill out paperwork ahead of time by downloading the application from HRHPalmSprings.com. Those who cannot attend are invited to return their application by mail to 150 S.
