New Gourmet Burger Restaurant Eureka! Officially Open in Indian Wells

Valley patrons now have a new eatery they can try out, as Eureka! is officially open for business.

The restaurant, which features not only gourmet hamburgers but other fresh fare, opened Monday on the corner of Cook and Hwy 111 in Indian Wells.

"Eureka! features a chef driven menu emphasizing quality ingredients, local produce and fresh baked breads all made by hand daily," a press release from the restaurant says.  "The restaurant specializes in hand packed, vegetarian fed, hormone & antibiotic free all natural beef burgers in addition to amazing appetizers, gourmet salads, signature sandwiches and delicious desserts."

In addition to the food, the location boasts it 30 craft beers-- 15 of which are dedicated to local breweries featuring their latest release-- and two wines on tap, along with 21 small bath American whiskeys.

The setting it described as "modern yet rustic." 

"Each Eureka! restaurant varies in design and décor, complementing the local area," the press release states.  "Indian Wells will feature an expansive outdoor patio dining and living area with misters, fountains and live trees designed especially for live music."

The restaurant  has other locations in Redlands, Claremont, Fresno, Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barabara, San Deigo and at the Hawthorne Airport.
