Where Can Veterans Eat Free on Veterans Day?

Numerous restaurants and other businesses in and near the Coachella Valley offer free meals and other benefits to military veterans on Nov. 11.

Here's a partial list that includes the Coachella Valley Brewing Company:

California Pizza Kitchen: 
"On Monday, November 11th (Veterans Day) California Pizza Kitchen would like to invite all veterans and active military to have a pizza on us. Enjoy any pizza from our menu, dine-in only. Please come in uniform and bring your military ID or other proof of service."

Denny's: "
To thank America’s heroes for their endless dedication and service, Denny’s is giving away never-ending stacks of its famous buttermilk pancakes to active, inactive and retired military personnel on Monday, Nov. 11. From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all participating Denny’s restaurants nationwide, diners with a valid military ID will receive free all-you-can-eat pancakes, complete with warm maple syrup and whipped butter.These fluffy, all-American favorites can be enjoyed on their own or as the perfect complement to any Denny’s meal."

TGI Fridays: "Veterans and active duty military service members, we cannot thank you enough. For serving our country. For protecting our freedom. And for all the sacrifices you've made along the way. As a small token of our appreciation, we invite you to have lunch on us this Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 
from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m."

Hooters: 
"Hooters is showing its gratitude for veterans and active duty military personnel this Veterans Day. On Monday, Nov. 11, Hooters invites all veterans and current servicemen and women to enjoy a free meal, up to $10.99 in value with any drink purchase, by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Hooters location across the country."
