– (Jan. 31, 2014) The call for artist submission to the new “Objet Trouvé”
Found Art Festival at the Indian Wells Arts Festival has been extended to Feb.
20. 



 



Artists who create their work using found
and/or recycles objects are encourage to apply online at www.foundartfestival.com or call (760) 515-9278.



 



Featured Found Art categories include
assemblage, collage, sculpture, jewelry, painting and ceramics.



 



The 12th annual Indian Wells Arts
Festival will be held April 4 through 6 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.  Within this year’s event will be the
Coachella Valley’s first-ever Objet Trouvé festival.



 



The Objet Trouvé Festival is organized by two
community non-profit art education groups: Student Creative Recycle Art Program
(S.C.R.A.P.) Gallery and the Coachella Valley Arts Alliance.
