Local farmer could use some community help

This is a local farmer who lives very near me. When we have been unemployed he has let us work for him at farmer's market's and such. So I have been on his farm at 4 a.m. loading crates with him and know that when it's going to freeze he's ...out there trying to protect his crops. He not only talks the organic talk he walks the walk. If you could share this I would appreciate it.
