Honored as 2013, 1st Quarter 2014 Top Realtor In Coachella Valley
LA QUINTA (Calif.) -- Real estate broker Valery Neuman was honored by
HÔM Sotheby's International Realty, Inc for closing nearly $31 million in home sales in the Coachella Valley the first quarter of 2014, the most of any real estate broker or agent in the greater Palm Springs region.
"This also ranks Valery in the top 50 among agents affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty worldwide,'' said Mike Shapiro, Chairman HÔM Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. based in Newport Beach, California.
"You have achieved record levels of production locally showing that you are the number one listing and selling agent in the area, and once again for 2013 with a sales volume in excess of $83 million," Shapiro said.
The ranking was based on sales reported by the industry standard Multiple Listing Service which tracks sales for buyers and sellers, maintained by California Desert Association of REALTORS®.
Neuman, a real estate broker and agent since 1991, has gained recognition as one of the premier brokers specializing in luxury homes in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Springs.
"I 'm very focused with clients to match them with the right property so you have to understand what they are truly looking for," Neuman said. "I am a good negotiator which is crucial especially when dealing in the luxury home market."
"I really love what I do but real estate is serious business," she said. Neuman also works closely with her colleagues in this high-end trophy home market to bring the very best properties to the attention of her clients.
Among the trophy estates she has recently represented was the eco-friendly, midcentury modern home at the exclusive Madison Club.
