Character, and morals. We can't exist without them.

We need to take a closer look !

This incident has just made the news.  Speaking only for myself but I am certain other people will agree, this is the most dispicable thing I have witnessed in some time.

Water Agency Director, Anthony Sanchez, of the Imperial Water District was caught on film whipping his step son because he failed to catch a ball during a backyard game of catch.  A neighbor filmed the episode and admonished Mr. Sanchez for the abuse of the young boy. What is disturbing is that Mr. Sanchez showed no remorse or sense of embarressment, but shouted a flip comment back to the shocked neighbor.

Let it be known that Mr. Sanchez coaches T-Ball and soccer, and parents should be aware of his behavior and lack of moral concenience.  Someone like this should not be around ANYONES children.

I would think that swft action should be taken by CPSA to investigate what other abuse this boy has most likely recieved at the hands of this poor excuse for a father figure.

Also a comment to the 'Imperial Irrigation District', that you should not have someone of this low charachter, in the position he retains as an employee.  There are pleanty of men out there with families, out of work, who would set a far better example to the community than this moron.  The video is provided below:

Make your voice heard and demand this man get some counseling and that this child be protected from this abusive individual.

You';re welcome, Renee but I don't really expect thanks for my contributions to the classroom. IRead More wasn't going to stand by and see kids not have the basic things they needed to get through the class and most teachers are of the same mind :) Sadly, school budgets have never covered all the needs in classrooms.

Dorothy you actually believe criminals can't get guns without a background check. Wow are youRead More naive. Just because YOU don't understand why some people want a particular weapon...does not mean you can impose your ownership standards on someone else. Suppose I suggest you don't need the particular car you drive or the particlar beverage you drink? I see you are opposed to hunting. How do you feel about abortion? Typical liberal double standard at play here??

Totally agree. This is just the beginning of a gun grab. All it will accomplish is furtherRead More restrictions on law abiding citizens. Chicago is a perfect example. Strictest gun control in the nation and highest gun crime and murder rate. Criminals do not comply with the law. Only legal citizens will lose their rights to own the weapon of their choice. Liberals are all about choice when it comes to killing an unborn, but when it comes to a lawful gunowner's choice it's a different story altogether.
