Meet the Editor-In-Chief: Crystal Harrell

  Hello there, I’m Crystal Harrell—senior Blackhawk, lover of words, and one of the Editors-In-Chief for LQHS’s own newspaper, the Hawkview. My time at this high school has been filled with the most stressful, exciting, and influential moments of my life, and more interestingly, I have found that those moments have all been documented in the school newspaper. As I hold a significant position on the Hawkview staff, my goal is to help make our newspaper about the students, and to capture all the events and occasions that make the school year seem all the more worthwhile. To those who have never read an issue of the Hawkview, you will come to find that we actually produce a neat little paper that offers more than just test dates and sports stats. And to all our devoted readers, your consideration is greatly appreciated and we on the Hawkview staff create each issue with you in mind. So, keep doing what you’re doing.  As the 2012-2013 school year slowly progresses, I am happy to be a part of the creative process that results in some pretty snazzy-looking newspaper issues.If you have a suggestion or concern about any articles or the newspaper in general, feel free to drop by Ms. Kennedy’s room (504) and let us know.
