Blustery Winds To Continue Monday

A cold Pacific storm is expected to clear out by Monday night, and temperatures in the 80s could return by Wednesday.

A cold Pacific storm that brought rain and wind to the Coachella Valley over the weekend will last through Monday morning, but should clear out by tonight.

A wind advisory will remain in effect through 10 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Gusts up to 55 mph were expected near desert mountain slopes and north of Interstate 10.

Monday's high should reach 63 degrees with an overnight low of 44 degrees, forecasters said.

Temperatures should rise to 81 degrees by Wednesday, the NWS reported.
