Christmas Day Warm Up In Forecast

Temperatures could reach 70 degrees on Sunday.

Temperatures in the Palm Desert area could reach 70 degrees by Christmas Day, according to forecasters.

The warm up is expected on Sunday following temperatures in the mid 60s this week, according to the National Weather Service.

Overnight lows should hover in the 40s all week, only dipping into the upper 30s on Thursday night, the NWS reported.
