Hot Temps Here To Stay

Forecasters warn this week's high could reach up to 115 degrees in some areas of eastern Riverside County.

It’s going to be a hot week in the Palm Desert area with temperatures reaching up to 114 degrees by Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday’s high was expected to be 111 with an overnight low of 78, the weather service reported.

The mercury will rise up to 114 by Wednesday, with a low of 79 degrees.
