Overnight High Winds Cause Minimal Problems
Riverside County Sheriff's Depatrtment report last nights winds were mostly an inconvenience.
The howling winds that whipped across the desert overnight caused few problems according to officials.
Sheriff's department dispatchers reported few calls regarding the winds, saying there were "reports of a couple small limbs down, but that's it."
The storm that came through had less bite than predicted, with little if any rain being reported; leaving only the overnight winds.
