Rain In Forecast Next Week

Up to a tenth of an inch of rain is expected in the Coachella Valley on Monday and into next week, according to the National Weather Service.

A series of cold Pacific storms will bring the chance of rain to the Coachella Valley next week.

Between a tenth of an inch to a quarter of an inch of rain is expected in the area Monday, with the possibility of more rain on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

The snow level will fall to 4,000 to 4,500 feet in the local mountains, forecasters said.

The storms will begin to move in over the weekend, with highs over the weekend expected to reach the mid to high 60s and the overnight lows to dip into the high 30s and low 40s.
