UPDATE: Tausaga and Robinson Court Date Postponed

Settlement hearings and a motion for lowered bail are pushed back to Friday for two men accused in a home invasion that ended with a police-involved shooting death of a third man.

Story Updated Thursday, April 19th at 10:45 a.m.

Roman Tausaga and Dyrenell Robinson, two men allegedly involved in a home invasion robbery that ended with the shooting death of a third robber, will return to court on Friday. Both Tausaga and Robinson are scheduled for felony settlement hearings, while attorneys for Tausaga are also seeking a bail reduction.

Riverside County Superior Court Judge Victoria Cameron granted the 24 hour postponement due of attorneys being unable to attend because of trials in other cases Thursday.
