Energy Upgrade California Program offers cash rebates for home upgrades, lowers utility bills and creates healthier homes
Homeowners in Riverside County are invited to attend a free workshop on 12/5/2012 to learn how to improve home comfort and lower utility bills. The event is hosted by Energy Upgrade California, the statewide program that reduces energy use, saves homeowners money and makes homes healthier, more comfortable and more efficient. The event will provide homeowners with valuable information on home energy upgrades, how to access rebates up to $4,000 and options for affordable financing.
