CSUSB Palm Desert Campus to host science fair expo to help individuals improve their science fair projects

The
inaugural Coachella Valley science fair expo will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, at
Cal State San Bernardino’s Palm Desert Campus.

The expo, which will be from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., is for students, families and
teachers who want to learn more about doing great science fair projects.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see winning projects and attend

workshops to talk about their projects with real scientists and get ideas on

how to do better science fair projects in their schools. Some workshops will be
in Spanish.

The expo will take place in the campus’s Palm Desert Health Sciences Building.

Admission is free and parking is paid by Friends of the Palm Desert Campus.
