Free Geri-Fit Strength Training Demonstration Helps to Prevent Osteoporosis

Learn how to be proactive against the onset of osteoporosis with the help of 2-pound weights during a free presentation on January 16, 2013 thanks to a partnership between Visiting Nurse Association California (VNA) and Geri-Fit®. The presentation features a certified strength trainer who will demonstrate 15 primary strength training exercises designed to strengthen the spine, hips and waist. There is no participation required.   


Free blood pressure readings and balance screens will also be available to all attendees. This event is FREE but space is limited. Call toll-free to reserve a spot at 855-VNA-CA11 (1-855-862-2211).  Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
