Jazoo Concert Series

The Living Desert is pleased to kick-off the 28th season of their popular JAZZOO CONCERT SERIES on Sunday, December 11th with a renowned quintet of lively musicians.  

Performing at the two upbeat Jazzoo shows at 4 pm and 6:15 pm are: brilliant conductor, composer and saxophonist, Roger Neumann; Dina Bennett, a very popular singer who has a smashing success at previous concerts at The Living Desert; Jimmy Ford, a terrific drummer making another return appearance; Ryan McGillicuddy, a great, young bass player, with a love of Jazz; and Brian O'Rourke, a "new face" on piano who is as talented as he is entertaining.

Ivy Lewis, The Living Desert's Gift Planning Officer said, "With indoor cabaret style seating, JAZZOO provides the perfect setting for an enchanting Sunday evening.  Great music, conversation, and ambience fill the air while jazz patrons nibble and sip on baskets of goodies and bottles of wine, brought from home." She added, "It's one of our most popular programs of the year and all JAZZOO proceeds directly benefit The Living Desert".

All dates of the 2010-11 JAZZOO CONCERT SERIES will feature enticing jazz melodies, from boogie to ballads to bebop, all played by talented musicians.

JAZZOO features two performances on each of the following dates: early concert at 4:00pm, late concert at 6:00pm.
