What's New at Indian Wells? Enhanced Fan Experience Goes Beyond Stadium 2

The new Stadium 2 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden has garnered most of the fanfare, but other upgrades are helping enhance the fan experience.

The food around the grounds has been upgraded, of course anchored by the addition of high-end restaurants Nobu, Chop House and Piero’s PizzaVino.

Fans can quench their thirst with a $9 souvenir cup that is refillable all day long. Outside Stadium 2 fans can fill up water bottles at the new Brita hydration stations.

For the first time, Wi-Fi is now offered to fans throughout the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, making it easier to share with friends on social media.

A new 19,000 square-foot shade structure sits near Stadium 2 and the grass plaza where fans can lounge and watch matches on the big screens.

Two new murals of last year's champions, Rafael Nadal and Maria Sharapova, grace the outside of Stadium 1. A cool new feature to check out.

Some of the tried-and-true staples remain. Fans can get up close access to watch the top tennis stars practice. And the grass field next to the practice courts is a great place to watch players blow off steam kicking the soccer ball around.
