One of the three men allegedly involved in the October 2011 armed robbery of Leeds & Son Jewelers in Palm Desert pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery in and Indio Courtroom on Wednesday.
Joshua Madison changed his plea as part of a deal with the District Attorney's office that saw Madison plead guilty to two counts of robbery, one with a gang activity enhancement.
Madison is facing 10 years in prison when final sentencing happens on November 8th.
Brandon King had previously pleaded guilty to charges stemming form the robbery, and has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
The third man in the case, Zaque Sykes, will return to court for a trial readiness conference on November 2.
