Firefighters contained a non-injury blaze to a single room of an apartment in Indio Saturday, officials reported.
The fire was reported at 2:52 a.m. in the 46500 block of Arabia Street, according to fire officials.
"Quick and aggressive firefighting stopped the fire from spreading beyond a room and contents of one unit in a four-unit apartment building," wrote Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department information officer Jody Hagemann in a news release.
The cause of the fire was under investigation, Hagemann wrote.
