"During the investigation it was revealed that Gabriela Vidal, 28 years old and resident of Cathedral City, used a credit card to pre-order an automotive part from a local auto parts store," sheriff's Cpl. Vidal returned to the auto parts store on Friday Nov. 16 to pick up the item she ordered, Ramos said. Palm Desert Station personnel were waiting for Vidal and arrested her.

On Monday Nov. 19 investigators went to the 32200 block of Sky Blue Water Trail in Cathedral City, Ramos said. During a probation search of the property, they allegedly found a loaded firearm, illicit drugs and stolen property.
