The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a flash flood warning for central Riverside County until 4:30 p.m. At 1:24 p.m. National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated flash flooding from a storm over the warned area. Locations in the warning include Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta and areas along Highways 74 and 111.
