What is a 14 year old girl doing out at 5 am ? From the way the story reads I would think she was out all nite.Time to take a close look at the parents and ask some questions. Please, We hear the tired excuse of how bad things are. Well guess what they are bad for everyone. If you chose to have childern then make sure you raise them too it's your job.You got a troubled teen kick the trouble out of them.

I agree...the parents sound highly accountable here and that was my first question too...what was a girl that age doing out at 5 am? Where was the accountability? DFS needs to see what the home situation is like here.
