A La Quinta man arrested for alleged DUI following a traffic crash in Indian Wells was released Tuesday on bail.
Richard Kay Rockey, 69, was arrested following the crash, which was reported about 8:55 p.m. Monday on Highway 111 at El Dorado Drive.
Rockey was driving a Toyota Prius east on Highway 111 when that vehicle allegedly rear- ended a Toyota FJ Cruiser stopped at a red light, sheriff's Sgt. Jeremy White said. No one was hurt.

Rockey, who was booked into the county jail in Indio, posted a $2,500 bond Tuesday, according to jail records.
