Police in Lancaster are looking for a 50-year-old woman who is suspected of playing a role in the alleged kidnapping of her 6-year-old niece, who has since been returned to her father's custody.

Alisa Toy is suspected of kidnapping the girl, along with the child's estranged 22-year-old mother and 27-year-old cousin, as she walked to Columbia Elementary School on Nov. 4, according to the Antelope Valley Times.
