Hearing Postponed For Alleged Flasher

Arturo Barnique Lucela allegedly flashed a boy while in the sauna of a Palm Desert resort Dec. 20.

A hearing for an Alhambra accused of exposing himself to a 16-year-old boy at the Resort was delayed today until next month to give more time for the defense.

Arturo Barnique Lucela, 51, has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and molesting a child under 18.

Lucela appeared in court for a pretrial hearing at the Larson Justice Center in Indio Tuesday, but his attorney, Mark Sullivan, asked for a delay so he could have more time to prepare.
