More Charges for Robinson and Tausaga
The two men accused in a burglary that ended with the shooting death of an alleged third burglar now face additional charges.
More charges have been filed Dyrenell Robinson and Roman Tausaga, who are accused in a Palm Desert burglary that ended in the fatal shooting of a College of the Desert football player by a sheriff's deputy.
The two face an added charged of robbery in concert, along with the previous charges of burglary and robbery.
A planned felony settlement conference for the two had been rescheduled for June 7th. Both men remain in custody.

A hearing on a defense request to lower the $1,000,000 bail for Tausaga was also moved to June 7th. Robinson’s bail was previously set at $500,000.
The two are charged in a home invasion in Palm Desert on February 23, that left Frank Tanuvasa, 20, fatally wounded following a struggle with a Sheriff’s Department deputy.
