2:35 a.m.: Officers responded to the 44700 block of Las Palmas reference a disturbance and arrested Juan Acosta, 37, of Palm Desert for public intoxication.

3:13 a.m.: Officers responded to Washington and Country Club reference a subject passed out in the back seat of a taxi. Paulina Borowski, 24, of Indio was arrested for public intoxication.

Saturday, Oct. 22

1:15 a.m.: Officers responded to the Courtyard Marriott reference an attempt strong arm robbery. The victim was in the parking lot, when he was approached my two HMA’s in their mid-30’s. One of the suspects tried to pull the victim to the ground but he was able to get free and run to the front lobby. Responding units checked the immediate area but did locate any suspects or witnesses to this incident.

7:35 p.m.: Officers while working bike patrol, conducted a pedestrian check on Santa Rosa, and San Pasquel, and arrested Frankie Jones, 30, of Palm Desert for a felony warrant.

10:36 p.m.: Officers responded to Country Club Dr and Via Scena reference a two car traffic collision. Aaron Feliz, 24, of Cathedral City was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Friday, Oct. 21

9:15 a.m.: Officers arrested a Palm Desert High school student for criminal threats. The student was transported to Juvenile Hall.

5:30 p.m.: Officers arrested Dylan Lee Moore, 19, of Palm Desert. Moore was the suspect of a theft in Palm Desert and was arrested for theft and possession of stolen property.

Thursday, Oct. 20

9:12 a.m.: Officers arrested a Palm Desert High School student for battery on the school campus.

11:40 a.m.: Officers arrested Edwin Alexander Barroso, 22, of Indio for an outstanding warrant, at El Paseo and Hwy 111.

6:30 p.m.: Officers arrested Christopher Lee Rush, 36, of La Quinta for an outstanding felony warrant, at Washington and Hovley Ln.
