POLICE BLOTTER: Pedestrian Arrested at DUI Checkpoint

Sunday, August 26 

12:05 a.m.:  Traffic Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop on Highway 111 and Plaza Way. Bradley Frasier, 49, from Las Vegas, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

12:35 a.m.: Traffic Officers conducted a DUI Checkpoint at Highway 111 and Deep Canyon. Valerie Creighton, 60, from Canada and Roger Kerr, 25, from Palm Springs, were both arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

1:30 a.m.:  Officers conducted a pedestrian check near the DUI Checkpoint at Highway 111 and Deep Canyon. Justin Perez, 23, from Indio, was arrested for public intoxication.

2:09 a.m.:  Officers conducted a traffic stop at Portola Avenue and El Paseo. Holly Warsop, 43, from Palm Desert, was arrested for DUI.

2:05 p.m.:  Officers responded to the 77800 block of California Drive regarding a medical aid reference a . Officers arrived within two minutes and located a five year old child who was conscious and breathing. The child was transported to Eisenhower Medical Center for evaluation.

No significant incidents reported. 

Friday, August 24 

3:26 a.m.:  Officers conducted a traffic stop near Monterey Avenue and Magnesia Falls Drive. Raquel Love-Petrovic, 24, from Palm Desert, was arrested for DUI. 

Thursday, August 23

No report filed.

Wednesday, August 22 

1:43 a.m.:  Officers responded to reference a suspicious person. George Martinez, 24, from Cathedral City, was arrested for theft and a violation of probation.

5:00 p.m.:  Officers of the Palm Desert Special Enforcement Team went to the 75000 block of Wild Flower. Teresa Lopez, 51, from Palm Desert, was arrested on a grand theft warrant.
