Two teenage girls were shot and wounded during a shooting at a house party in Indio just after midnight Saturday.

The girls were found wounded outside a home in the 82300 block of Priscilla Court by someone inside a black sedan that drove by the girls, Indio police spokesman Ben Guitron said.

The girls were sent to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, Guitron said. The injuries, however, appear to be serious, Guitron added.
