Drivers in Palm Desert may want to avoid 42nd Avenue between Cook Street and the City Yard on Tuesday.
City workers will be repairing potholes on that stretch of 42nd from 7:00a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Because of the work, lane closure will be in place at Cook and 42nd during the day.
On Wednesday, more pothole repair is scheduled on Monterey Avenue, from Magnesia Falls Drive and Sagewood Drive during the same hours. Northbound traffic on Monterey will be reduced to one lane.
