Rep. Ruiz Giving Out Tickets to President Obama's Inauguration
The deadline to let his office know that you're interested in attending is this Thursday.
Local residents who want to attend President Barack Obama's inauguration in Washington, D.C., next week can request tickets from Rep. Raul Ruiz, his office announced this week.
Tickets are limited and will be given to residents of Ruiz's 36th Congressional District on a first-come, first-served basis, spokeswoman Whitney Mitchell said. The ceremony is Jan. 21.
To request tickets, email CA36.Inauguration@mail.house.gov by Thursday. Name, address, phone number and number are required. Constituents can request up to two a person, Mitchell said.
