The far right lane, or number two lane, on northbound Cook Street, will be closed from the Whitewater Channel to Sheryl Avenue while workers repair traffic signal interconnect conduit, Palm Desert officials said today.
The work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time or use an alternate route such as Portola or Monterey avenues.
