Eat Well To Be Well Workshop
Eat Well to Be Well is presented by Dorothy Chen-Maynard, an associate professor in the CSUSB health science and human ecology department, and coordinator of the nutrition and food sciences program. Chen-Maynard’s workshop will focus on choosing the optimal foods for wellness, energy, mood, and nutrition. Samples of delicious, nutrient-packed food will be available for attendees to try! All ages are welcome. While admission is free, parking is $5 per vehicle.
