Free START SMART Driver's Education Class for Teens

The California Highway Patrol in Indio will offer a free START SMART teen driver education class. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend this special class along with their young drivers. 

This program includes instruction on the rules of the road, general driving and collision avoidance tips, related movies and videos such as “Red Asphalt," a discussion about the ramifications of under-age drinking and driving, and specific information for teens recently or about to be licensed.

Reservations for this class are recommended. Please call to sign up. Parents, please provide your name, contact telephone number and the ages of the teenagers you are bringing.  General questions are always welcome.
