11th Annual Palm Desert International Sports Festival

The 11th Annual Palm Desert International Sports Festival at the Palm Desert Community Center is open to any athletes 35 years of age of older. This annual event, which is hosted by The Desert Recreation District, City of Palm Desert, the California State Senior Games Association, and the National Senior Games Association, features challenging and fun sports events to promote a healthy, active, and happy lifestyle to seniors.

The following sports events will be open to participants: swimming, softball (men and women), volleyball (men and women), basketball (3 events), soccer, pickleball, table tennis, racquetball, golf (18-hole and 9-hole), tennis, lawn bowling, 5k and 10k races, tennis, track and field,  and racewalking.

Registration for events will be open until January 21, 2011.
