Fencing Tournament at College of the Desert

Sixty fencers from across Southern California will compete with local College of the Desert and Desert Fencing Academy fencers on Saturday, December 3, at College of the Desert in the Wright Gymnasium. Local area high schools students from Palm Desert High School, La Quinta High School, Shadow Hills High School and Xavier College Prep will also compete. The tournament will also have an international flavor, with members of the Mexico National Fencing Team competing.

Saber fencing begins at 9:30 a.m., foil begins at 10:30 a.m. and epee at 12:30 p.m.
